Met up with Spike Jonze
After work, I went to see Spike Jonze at Opening Ceremony in Shibuya!!
He did a talk show about the movie "where the wild things are" which is premiering in January in Japan!!!
It was great to hear what he did in the past like making skate movie and stuff.
I can't wait to watch the movie next year!!!

Warfare
Matt from Huntington Beach sent me this DVD like few days ago.
I was amazed how good they are!
I know Matt for a few years now but I've actually known him since he was a little kid when he was skating at the HB skatepark!!
I was kinda looking at him at that time and thinking that he was gonna be a good skater!!!
Now, not only did Matt become a good skater, but also his friend, Tom, Andy and Ryan became such an amazing skaters, and they are still growing!!
Especially, Tom, he is probably up in SF for Slap's One in a Million contest now!
Good luck Tom! Go shred!!

Sakura Trees
Cherry blossom (Sakura) only lasted a week.
I didn't remember it has such a short life.
But it was really nice to ride my bike between those trees.
Sakura tree is one of my favorite things in Japan.

It's a big first step but,,,
New skate park just got built in my home town.
However, this is probably one of the worst skate park ever built in the world!!
The fun box, quarter pipe and flat bank are from "Woodward".
Also, there are two curved rails which are not friendly for beginners or to practice some new tricks.
Layout is shitty, too.
The worst part about this park is small.
I took pictures from very corner of the skate park!
The city or ward council don't realize how fucked up they are!!
It's a total waste of money.
They could build much bigger and better skate park around that area, and it could lead so many skaters in the town.
But I guess it's better than nothing!

I went to Aqua skate park and the spot called "Mesena" which was in the fourstar video "super champion fun zone"!
Both of the spot and skate park were so fun!!
